This page explains, in plain English, what information we hold about you and your player, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it. If anything here is unclear, email farham@dystinctdevelopment.com and ask.

What we collect

Only what we need to coach your player and stay in touch with you:

• Your name and email address, and a phone number if you give us one
• Your player’s first name, age and playing position
• Anything you choose to tell us about their football, and any medical or injury information you want us to know about so we can keep them safe
• A record of which sessions they attended and what we worked on

We do not collect anything through this website itself. There is no form, no account and no login. The only way we receive your information is because you emailed or messaged us.

Video and photographs

We film sessions only when you have given us written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by telling us.

Footage is used for one thing: showing your player their own technique and tracking their progress over time.

If we would like to use a clip of your player on our Instagram or TikTok, on this website, or anywhere else public, we will ask you for permission first — every time, for that specific clip. If you say no, that is the end of it, and nothing about your player’s coaching changes.

If you ask us to delete footage of your player, we delete it.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone, and we do not send it to advertisers or marketing companies. The only people who see it are the coaches working with your player.

The one exception is if we were ever legally required to disclose something, or if we genuinely believed a child was at risk of harm — in which case we would act on that.

This website

This site sets no cookies and does not track you across the internet.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and tells us which pages people read and roughly which country they came from. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot identify you. We use it to find out whether things like our flyers are working.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google’s servers see your IP address when the page loads, as they would for most websites.

How long we keep it

While your player is training with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case they come back. If you tell us you are finished and want your information removed, we remove it.

Asking us for your information, or to delete it

Email farham@dystinctdevelopment.com and ask. We will tell you exactly what we hold, correct anything that’s wrong, or delete it. No form, no process, no fee — you will get a real reply from a person.

Working with children

Every Dystinct coach holds a current Working With Children Check. You are welcome to see the number, and you are welcome to stay and watch any session your player attends.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
